Payment Policy - FRND

This Payment Policy sets out payment processes and the rules that govern them on the FRND mobile application, made available by Interact Group Private Limited (formerly Cold Brew Tech Private Limited), Bengaluru, India. It covers Coins, Yellow Roses, Gifts, billing and payment methods, refunds, and grievance redressal.

Currencies on FRND

Users can purchase Coins by choosing from various Coin Packs. Users can also earn Yellow Roses by hosting training rooms — Yellow Roses can be redeemed for money credited to a user’s bank account. Conversion rates depend on the Badges a user holds (Normal to Gold).

Purchase and use of Coins

Coin price is displayed at the point of sale, inclusive of taxes. Coins are not legal tender, cannot be exchanged for cash, expire six months after purchase, and are extinguished if a user deletes their account.

Purchase and use of Gifts

Gifts are acquired by redeeming Coins. Gifts are a limited license to digital products and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between users.

Billing and payment methods

Users can pay by UPI, wallet, bank card, net banking, or any other mode specified on the Platform.

Refund

All purchases made on the Platform are final. No refunds are provided once a successful payment has been made.
